We’re working with a growing, multi-jurisdictional financial services business looking to hire a Compliance & Governance Assistant to support the Head of Compliance across a broad range of regulatory and governance activities linked to international fund structures.

This is an opportunity designed for someone who wants more than repetitive administration. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to compliance and governance matters across Malta, Luxembourg, Ireland, Italy, and other EU jurisdictions, working closely with experienced professionals in a business that actively supports learning and long-term development.

This could be a great fit if you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in regulatory compliance within the Maltese/EU financial services environment.

Exposure to the asset/fund management sector, and AML/CFT principles would be a distinct asset.

Salary guideline: 30,000-40,000Euros gross/ annum, depending on experience and qualifications
