What will you be doing?
As the Operations Manager, you will lead and manage day-to-day business operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments.
You’ll work closely with partners to develop and monitor budgets, streamline processes, and maintain operational excellence. Your role will also involve upholding quality standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, and making data-driven decisions to keep the business ahead of evolving industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth processes across departments.
- Collaborate with partners on budgeting and operational strategies.
- Maintain and improve quality standards, adapting to industry changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, including health and safety.
- Generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Your Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of operations management experience with a proven track record, ideally in professional services.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for motivating others.
- Proficient in problem-solving, analytics, and digital tools, with an ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fluent in English (Maltese proficiency is an advantage).
What’s on Offer:
- Salary: up to €40,000 gross per annum + benefits
- Location: Central Malta, hybrid working model
