Who is our client?

In a nutshell, they connect suppliers and consumers in the catering/ food industry by providing European Standard Quality products globally, bridging the gap between price, quality, and delivery speed. And for the past 5 years, they have grown to over 200 people across the EU and US.

Their growing office in Malta, now, has 10 people, but with big plans to continue to grow to facilitate seamless operations and further expansion.

What will you do?

You will support the team daily to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient operations. The broad spectrum of tasks and responsibilities not only includes looking after the office itself but also taking the lead in various projects around HR, performance management, communication systems and reporting.

You will be instrumental in creating & managing the office systems and you will be actively involved in performance management, OKR and reporting.

What are the requirements?

  • Min. 3 years experience in people management, operations, and office management
  • Exposure to HR support: onboarding, performance, and appraisal management (including hands-on experience with Malta HR administration – such as new employee onboarding & registration)
  • Excellent English communication skills, including business writing for reports/projects/meeting packs
  • Experience in supporting executive-level projects
  • Comfortable with digital systems, such as Slack, digital filing, etc.

 

Salary: 27,000-35,000Euros gross per annum ( subject to experience and qualifications ) + benefits ( private health insurance, training & development support, mobile, laptop, parking )
