Who is our client?

In a nutshell, they connect suppliers and consumers in the catering/ food industry by providing European Standard Quality products globally, bridging the gap between price, quality, and delivery speed. And for the past 5 years, they have grown to over 200 people across the EU and US.

Their growing office in Malta, at the moment, has 10 people, but with big plans to continue to grow to facilitate seamless operations and further expansion.

What will you do?

You will be the glue for the team – organizing the office management system, collaborating with Senior team members in onboarding and HR Administration, assisting management with reports, and making sure international business trips are organized so the team does not end up in Brazil when they’re supposed to be in New York.

But all this sounds like second nature to it and you probably already have some ideas of stuff you’d love to implement, but you don’t have an opportunity to do so where you are now.

What are the requirements?

  • Min. 3 years experience in office management, including diary and international travel management, office organization, policies & procedures for the smooth running of the office
  • Hands-on experience in HR administration in line with Malta requirements:  registration of new employees, termination forms, onboarding procedures, liaison with JobPlus and other relevant authorities in Malta
  • Excellent English communication & writing skills: you are a clear and concise communicator, able to build rapport easily with individuals to build relationships, excellent report-writing skills

Salary: 27,000-35,000Euros gross per annum ( subject to experience and qualifications ) + benefits ( private health insurance, training & development support, mobile, laptop, parking )
