Reporting to the Managing Director, an experienced lawyer by profession, you will also work closely with the team in Switzerland and attend regular training there, as well as locally.
Your focus will be on corporate matters, such as formation/ dissolution/ restructuring of legal structures, drafting contracts, corporate governance matters, assist in compliance and due diligence matters together with the MLRO.

Salary: up to 40,000E + benefits ( private health insurance, parking, and training at both local and international level )
Working model: office based initially and once the training and probation are completed, a hybrid model
