Our client is a licensed E-Money and Payments institution in Malta, looking for an HR & Administration Manager to join their team.
You will be instrumental in overseeing and managing the Institution’s human resources and administrative functions, acting as a trusted point of reference for employees, senior management, and the Board.
Through your expertise, you will support the Institution’s operational effectiveness, people strategy and internal organisation, while ensuring compliance with employment legislation, internal policies and governance standards applicable to a regulated EMI.
This is a stand-alone role, requiring a high level of autonomy, discretion, and professionalism, with the view of further growth as the firm expands.

Essential requirements:
- Degree or professional qualification in human resources or business
- Minimum 4 -5 years’ experience in an HR role, preferably within financial services, professional services, or regulated environments
- Strong working knowledge of Maltese employment law and HR best practices
- Proven ability to operate independently in a stand-alone HR role and excellent organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
