The Opportunity
Our client is a financially strong financial services business gearing up for 50% growth over the next two years.
They’re hiring a Finance Manager to support that journey, and developing that person is part of the plan.
You’ll report to a hands-on CFO who will actively support your progression into areas like budgeting, reporting, and more complex finance work as your experience grows.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accounts and support the month-end
- Assist with management accounts
- Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory obligations
- Hands-on focus on the end-to-end finance function
And over time, step into:
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Deeper financial reporting
- Broader finance exposure

Your background:
- Part-qualified ACCA/ qualified accountant or equivalent
- Minimum 2 -3 years’ accounting experience, including exposure to compliance obligations for Malta-based businesses (corporate tax, VAT, audit cycle, etc.).
- Confident with accounts preparation, audit support, and management accounting
- Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to prepare reports

Package
- Up to €45,000 gross annual salary
