You will work in a team of 2 individuals, with the scope to grow your role further at Managerial level.
Our client is a boutique corporate services provider, with a history spanning over 20 years in Malta and focusing primarily on servicing international clients.
You will work closely with the Head of Corporate, a Senior Level professional with extensive expertise in corporate matters who, by nature, enjoys sharing knowledge and encouraging individuals to come up with their own ideas and proposals, to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and handling client requests
- Providing corporate assistance to potential and existing clients
- Performing general corporate administration duties and assisting with compliance matters
- Liaise with regulators on compliance-related matters and ensure all reports are submitted promptly and accurately to them
- Maintain the corporate files
- Assistance with the setting up of new companies, preparation, and submission of statutory filings
- Liaising and corresponding with lawyers, accountants, and auditors on behalf of clients Communicating with the Malta Business Registry and other regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years experience as a corporate services administrator / executive in corporate services
- Experience in dealing with Malta regulators and knowledge of Malta corporate governance matters
Remuneration: Subject to experience and qualifications ( 30-40,000E basic + benefits ) and continuous training to develop your skills and reach managerial level
