Who is our client?
Our client is a reputable, international single-family office in Malta, committed to excellence and a positive, supportive work environment.
What will you be doing?
- Manage daily office administration, including supply management and meticulous record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute comprehensive board and investment committee meeting materials.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with KYC requirements and manage banking/investment relationship communications and requests
- Administer and update payment schedules, and willing to learn and support further finance functions (at an administrative level)
- Support the accurate and timely completion of annual returns, with support where necessary
What is your professional background?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate administration and general business operations
- Proven knowledge of KYC requirements and experience in preparing board meeting materials and minutes.
- Understanding of Maltese statutory requirements for registered businesses.
- High-level English proficiency (C1/C2).
- Comfortable with all Microsoft Office Suite skills, with cloud platform familiarity, and willingness to learn new digital systems to improve efficiency and record keeping
